Based on this data, the rental increase rate for March will also be finalized.According to the Market Participants Survey of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the year-end increase expectation in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose from 27.05 percent to 28.30 percent.TCMB has published the February Market Participants Survey conducted with 69 participants, including representatives from the real and financial sectors and professionals.Expected CPI increase in February, which was 2.65 percent last month, rose to 3.23 percent in this survey period. The year-end CPI increase expectation increased from 27.05 percent to 28.30 percent.The expectation for CPI increase 12 months later decreased from 25.38 percent to 25.26 percent, while for 24 months later, it decreased from 17.72 percent to 17.26 percent.Participants’ year-end USD/TRY expectation decreased from 43.0265 to 42.8869, while the 12-month USD/TRY expectation increased from 43.8140 to 43.9612. The year-end current account deficit expectation, which was 17.4 billion dollars in the previous survey period, rose to 18.8 billion dollars in this period. The current account deficit expectation for the next year also became 24.6 billion dollars.
