Every month, the inflation figures and accompanying rent increase rates are announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK). The ceiling rate of increase to be applied on house rents is calculated based on the 12-month average CPI data. The April 2025 rent increase rate will be determined based on the inflation data for March to be announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK). The Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) data announced by TÜİK directly affect the rental increase rates. TÜİK will announce the inflation figures for March. Based on this data, the amount of increase for house and workplace rents will be clarified. TÜİK will announce the inflation figures for March on April 3rd at 10:00. Thus, the rental increase rates for houses and workplaces for April will also be determined. When the inflation data for March is announced on April 3rd, the rental increase rates for April 2025 will also be finalized.
