Following the pension increase in January 2025, the question of when salary differences will be paid arose. As the minimum retirement pension was raised from 12,500 TL to 14,469 TL, the relevant regulation passed through Parliament and was published in the Official Gazette, coming into effect. In light of this development, SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees began to search for when salary differences would be deposited. So, have the salary differences been paid? When will pension increase differences be deposited? For the January-July 2025 period, the pension increase rate for retirees was set at 15.75% based on the last 6 months’ inflation data. Within this increase, the minimum pension for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees was raised from 12,500 TL to 14,469 TL. The increase aims to enhance retirees’ purchasing power, with the pension adjustment being published in the Official Gazette and taking effect. As per the regulation, retirees receiving the lowest pension will be paid a difference of 1,969 TL. This development concerns millions of retirees, who are also curious about when the new pensions and salary differences will be deposited. It is expected that SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will receive their January 2025 pension differences along with the February payment. SSK and Bağ-Kur retiree pensions will be paid between the dates of February 17th and 28th, 2025. The 1,969 TL salary difference for January is also anticipated to be deposited with the February payment. Those with allocation numbers ending in 9 will receive payments on the 17th of the month, those ending in 7 on the 18th, those ending in 5 on the 19th, those ending in 3 on the 20th, those ending in 1 on the 21st, those ending in 8 on the 22nd, those ending in 6 on the 23rd, those ending in 4 on the 24th, those ending in 2 on the 25th, and those ending in 0 on the 26th. Those with allocation numbers ending in 9, 7, and 5 will receive payments on the 25th, those ending in 3 and 1 on the 26th, those ending in 8, 6, and 4 on the 27th, and those ending in 2 and 0 on the 28th of each month. The payment days for the Emekli Sandığı pensions, paid quarterly, are as follows: For those in the first group receiving payments in February, May, August, and November, with birth dates ranging from 00 to 40, payments will be received on the 1st day of the month; 41 to 46 on the 2nd day; 47 to 49 on the 3rd day; 50 to 53 on the 4th day; and 54 to 99 on the 5th day. For those in the second group receiving payments in March, June, September, and December, with birth dates ranging from 00 to 22, payments will be received on the 1st day of the month; 23 to 28 on the 2nd day; 29 to 48 on the 3rd day; 49 to 54 on the 4th day; and 54 to 99 on the 5th day. For those in the third group receiving payments in January, April, July, and October, with birth dates ranging from 00 to 33, payments will be received on the 1st day of the month; 34 to 37 on the 2nd day; 38 to 40 on the 3rd day; 41 to 43 on the 4th day; and 44 to 99 on the 5th day.
