The tender process for the privatization of the construction, maintenance, and operation services of vehicle inspection stations for a period of 20 years has been completed.

In separate auctions conducted for two regions, the “MOI Joint Venture Group” offered the highest bid with a total of one billion 720 million dollars. The tender for the privatization of vehicle inspection stations was carried out with the participation of three joint venture groups.

After receiving initial offers in sealed envelopes, the “MOI Joint Venture Group” won the tender with a total bid of one billion 720 million dollars through an open auction.

The construction, maintenance, and operation services of the vehicle inspection stations were initially privatized in 2007, with 20-year concession contracts signed the same year. The contract signed after the first tender will expire on August 14, 2027.
