The price of tobacco has increased by 8 lira. With the latest hike, the price of the cheapest cigarette has risen to 75 lira. Erol Dündar, the President of the Association of Teak Distributors, announced the price increase on his social media account. Another company increased the price of cigarettes at the beginning of the new week. Last week, two companies had also raised their prices. Following the recent increase, the price of a cigarette that was previously 72 lira is now 80 lira. The cheapest cigarette now costs 75 lira, while the most expensive one costs 110 lira.
