The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has imposed a temporary trading ban on 3 individuals for a period of 6 months. According to the CMB bulletin, the Board prohibited 3 individuals due to reasonable suspicion of committing the act specified in Article 107/1 of Law No. 6362 on the Capital Markets, during transactions in the stock market of Ensari Deri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (ENSRI). In order to protect the rights and interests of investors and prevent transactions aimed at creating an artificial market, the Board decided to implement a temporary trading ban on the mentioned individuals in stock exchanges as of April 16th for a period of 6 months.
