A technical meeting was held between the Central Bank and the Banking Association of Turkey. During the meeting, it was emphasized that with close cooperation among all relevant institutions, all necessary tools within market rules will continue to be used effectively and decisively to maintain stability. Representatives from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) and member banks of the Turkish Banking Association (TBB) gathered to evaluate the latest developments in the markets. According to an announcement on the TBB’s website, the meeting hosted by the Central Bank was held on March 21, where representatives from the Central Bank and TBB member banks discussed the recent market developments. The announcement stated that “in the technical meeting, it was highlighted that with close collaboration among all relevant institutions, all necessary tools within market rules will continue to be effectively and decisively used to maintain stability.”
