Emlak Konut’s housing campaign aimed at middle-income individuals has garnered significant attention. In the first week of the campaign, 1,623 out of 4,500 housing units were sold.

The campaign, initiated in Emlak Konut GYO’s 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir, attracted citizens interested in becoming homeowners. According to a statement from Emlak Konut, out of the 4,500 housing units allocated for the campaign, 1,623 were sold within the first week. Following the start of the campaign, 213,409 people filled out forms to receive detailed information within a week. Customer service received 84,261 calls, and the number of visitors to sales offices surpassed 13,000. Among the projects attracting the most interest within the campaign were Yenisehir Homes in Arnavutkoy, New Fikirtepe, North Islands, Park Life Cınarkoy, Park Life Antalya, and Balikesir Emlak Konutları.

THREE DIFFERENT FINANCE MODELS
The campaign offers citizens three different finance models. The No Down Payment Decreasing Installment Model provides an installment option for up to 60 months with a monthly interest rate of 0.99%. In the First 12 Months Payment-Free Model, Emlak Konut covers installment payments for the first 12 months, allowing buyers to benefit from installment options for up to 60 months with a 1.29% interest rate. The Leasing Supported Finance Model offered in collaboration with Emlak Katılım Bank allows financing for the entire house without down payment or with optional down payment, with a term of up to 120 months.
