At Borsa Istanbul, the BIST 100 index started the day with a rise of 1.55% at 9,553.24 points. At the opening, the BIST 100 index rose to 9,553.24 points, an increase of 146.08 points and 1.55% compared to the previous close. The banking index gained 2%, while the holding index increased by 1.49%. All sector indices rose, with banking showing the highest gains. After a day of bullish trading domestically, the BIST 100 index closed positively at 9,407.17 points yesterday, outperforming global indices. In the global markets, following selling pressure due to tariff disputes, negotiations have brought about a mixed trend with optimism. Analysts mentioned that today, the real returns of financial investment instruments and the treasury cash balance will be monitored domestically, while internationally, the data agenda remains calm. From a technical perspective, they noted that the BIST 100 index has resistance at 9,600 and 9,700 points, and support at 9,400 and 9,300 levels.
