The new regulation for holiday bonuses will be discussed at the Economic Coordination Council Meeting held in Giresun on February 21. If there is a 50 percent increase in holiday bonuses as done last year, it would rise to 4,500 Turkish liras. With a 40 percent increase, it would be 4,200 liras, and with a 30 percent increase, it would be 3,900 liras. In 2025, Ramadan Bayram falls on March 30, while Eid al-Adha will begin on June 6. Since 2018, retiree holiday bonuses have been regularly deposited. The bonus payments are transferred to accounts approximately a week before the holidays.
