The Housing Development Administration (TOKI) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change has put up for auction 552 plots with various characteristics in 44 provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. The sale will include plots in Adana, Adiyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Düzce, Edirne, Elazığ, Erzincan, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Karaman, Kırıkkale, Kırklareli, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Nevşehir, Sakarya, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Van, and Yalova. The total starting price for the plots is 19 billion 443 million 803 thousand 12 Turkish liras, covering approximately 3 million 976 thousand 625 square meters. The auction will take place in two separate sessions at the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center and the TOKI Istanbul service building on Wednesday, April 16th at 10:30 AM and Thursday, April 17th at 10:30 AM. Interested parties can submit bids through the website “www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr”. The plots on sale include a private health facility in Çukurova, Adana, residential areas in Etimesgut, Ankara, small industry in Yenimahalle, Ankara, tourism-commerce in Antalya, tourism-preferred housing in Didim, Aydın, residential and commercial areas in Başakşehir Istanbul, and industrial and storage areas in Aliağa, Izmir. Buyers will be able to purchase plots for residential, commercial, tourism, agriculture, livestock, health, education, industrial, unplanned areas, social-cultural facilities, and petrol station areas with a down payment of 25% and payment terms of 48 months or with a 40% down payment and payment terms of 36 months. Additionally, there will be a 15% discount for cash purchases.
