The boundaries of the Sakarya Historical National Park of the Battle of Sakarya have been redefined. Presidential decisions regarding land consolidation and border demarcation were published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, in some areas located in the central district of Edirne, land consolidation and in-field development services will be carried out by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ). In another decision, the boundaries of the Sakarya Historical National Park of the Battle of Sakarya have been redefined. With the Presidential Decision published in the Official Gazette, it was decided to exclude some areas in Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Elazığ, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Mersin, Muğla, Sinop, Trabzon, and Yozgat from forest boundaries. The immovable properties owned by the state or in the special ownership of the Treasury, not less than twice the area taken out of the forest boundaries, will be allocated by the General Directorate of National Real Estate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change to establish forests by the General Directorate of Forestry. On the other hand, objections to the zoning and application urban plans prepared for the property in the Alaçatı Neighborhood of Çeşme district of Izmir, registered in the name of the Ministry of Finance Treasury within the scope of privatization, were rejected.
