After receiving the workers’ demand, Işıkhan will request a proposal from the employer side through TÜHİS. Subsequently, the Ministry will announce a schedule, and official negotiations will begin. The pay rise percentage for workers in public institutions such as highways, railways, electricity generation plants, ministries, universities, and hospitals will be finalized.
