The Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced two new campaigns for the housing sector. Minister Kurum revealed that a social housing campaign targeting low-income citizens will be launched in all 81 provinces by the end of this year. He stated that they will provide a profitable investment opportunity with suitable interest rates for low-income citizens. Minister Kurum also mentioned that the other project will be initiated with Emlak Konut and emphasized that these campaigns will revitalize the sector. He explained that the Emlak Konut campaign will offer favorable payment terms for citizens in other income groups, including low down payments or even no down payment options. The details of the upcoming campaign, set to start tomorrow, will be announced by Emlak Konut later this week.
