New Gasoline Price Increase: Updated Prices with Changed Signs

Gasoline prices have increased by 82 kurus per liter. This marks the end of the discount series that began with the decrease in oil prices. The fluctuations in oil prices have also affected fuel. Gasoline prices have gone up by 82 kurus per liter. These increased prices have been reflected on signs as of tonight. Therefore, the discount series caused by the decline in oil prices has come to an end. The uncertainty created by President Donald Trump’s customs tariffs caused the barrel price of Brent crude to drop below $60 during the week, hitting its lowest level in 4 years. This resulted in gasoline receiving a consecutive discount of 3 lira 59 kurus for two days. However, with the recovery in oil prices, part of the discount has been reversed. Brent crude was trading close to $65 as of yesterday. CURRENT GASOLINE PRICES Gasoline costs 44 lira 18 kurus per liter in Istanbul, 44 lira 75 kurus in Ankara, and 45 lira 12 kurus in Izmir.
