“POLLUTERS PAY MORE” Ali Rıza Öner, the President of the Turkish Waste Management and Energy from Waste Producers Association, stated that water bills should be standardized nationwide like electricity and natural gas bills. He emphasized that the “polluters pay more” method is correct, stating that “this system also exists in Europe.”
