A new era is beginning in housing and vehicle sectors. Now, individuals who want to place housing and vehicle ads on online platforms will be required to obtain authorization. The implementation for vehicle ads will start from tomorrow. As for housing ads, the deadline is April 7th.

The era of unauthorized ads in housing and vehicles is coming to an end. The two-month transition period for the Electronic Advertisement Verification System (EİDS) authorization application for vehicle ads by the Ministry of Commerce has concluded. As for housing ads, the deadline is April 7th.

ATTENTION FOR THOSE PLACING VEHICLE ADS! In the new era, authorization verification will be mandatory for ads. Vehicle ads on platforms can only be placed by the vehicle owner, first and second degree relatives, or authorized businesses with certified authorization by the vehicle owner. Vehicle owners will authorize auto gallery businesses for ad placement via e-Government. Starting from April 1st, vehicle ads cannot be placed on ad platforms without authorization verification. Second-hand motor vehicle trade ads cannot be placed by auto gallery businesses without a trade authorization certificate. AUTHORIZATION STARTS ON APRIL 7TH FOR HOUSING Housing ads will require authorization starting from April 7th. Property owners can authorize housing ads on the e-Government platform. After this date, ads from real estate agents without authorization certificates will be removed. Additionally, permission may be granted to multiple real estate agents for ad publishing. This regulation will cover all ads placed in electronic media, including social media.
