The deadline for uploading e-ledgers has been extended for taxpayers whose force majeure status due to the earthquake has ended. The Circular of the Tax Procedure Law related to the issue was published on the website of the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. Accordingly, the deadlines for taxpayers in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Gaziantep’s İslahiye and Nurdağı districts, where force majeure status was declared due to the earthquake, and for taxpayers outside the specific locations but who had “Intermediation and Liability Agreements” with professionals in those areas as of February 6, 2023, and whose force majeure status ended on November 30, 2024, and who are included in the e-ledger application, have had their deadlines for processing their files reset. In this context, the deadline for creating and signing e-ledgers that had to be completed and signed by March 10, June 10, and June 16 by the mentioned group, as well as the deadline for uploading ledgers and certificates to the GIB Information Processing System, has been extended until the end of June 30.
