Last year, a total of 12,189,318 transactions were carried out at the Digital Tax Office. The number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-invoice application reached 1,565,603. The use of electronic services launched by the Revenue Administration (RA) to expedite processes has been revealed. Accordingly, the number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-invoice application increased by 41.3% from 1,107,692 to 1,565,603 compared to the previous year. During the same period, the number of taxpayers utilizing the e-archive application also rose by 40.9% to 1,549,138. In 2023, 1,099,468 taxpayers made use of the e-archive application. Increases were also observed in the transition to the e-ledger application where electronic ledgers are maintained. While 695,352 taxpayers used the e-ledger application the previous year, this number rose to 781,584 in 2024. The number of taxpayers benefiting from the e-waybill application reached 402,985 last year. It was determined that 284,634 taxpayers used this application the year before. The total number of transactions conducted at the Digital Tax Office was 12,189,318. The number of e-notifications also increased by 60% compared to the previous year, reaching 36,334,658.
