Larry Page, the founder of Google, has established a new artificial intelligence venture focusing on production processes. According to The Information, Page’s company named Dynatomics will concentrate on product manufacturing with artificial intelligence. It was reported that Page is working with a small group of engineers on developing AI that can create optimized designs for objects. Additionally, it was noted that the goal is to use artificial intelligence to have objects manufactured in a factory. The company is backed by Chris Anderson, the CTO of the electric aircraft venture Kittyhawk, previously supported by Page. With this, Page has joined entrepreneurs exploring ways for artificial intelligence to improve production processes. Orbital Materials is creating an artificial intelligence platform focusing on various materials, from batteries to cells that capture carbon dioxide. PhysicsX provides tools to run simulations for engineers working in project areas like automotive, aviation, and material science. Instrumental utilizes artificial intelligence to detect issues in factories.
