İşCep’s “You Version” for a Smarter, More Personal, and Faster Experience

Turkey’s İş Bankası has revamped its mobile banking application İşCep, which is visited 20 million times a day by over 6 million users and offers more than 750 functions. The smart, personal, and innovative finance and lifestyle app İşCep has been customized according to users’ habits and needs, turning into a personalized experience for each of its 15 million users with easily accessible menus and tailored opportunities, named “SenCep”.
Utilizing the power of technology to enhance its customers’ lives, İş Bankası has enhanced its continuously evolving İşCep with version 10.0 on its 100th anniversary. The smart, personal, and innovative finance and lifestyle app İşCep has transformed into a personalized experience for its 15 million users through a customizable home screen, easily accessible menus, and user-friendly features. With over 750 functions, İşCep’s “You version” offers a personalized main page based on users’ frequent transactions and individual needs. Quick and easy access to commonly used features with personalized solutions now add value to users’ lives. Upon the first login, users are greeted by name, allowing them to swiftly access account information, add or remove frequently used features, and track exchange rates, investment portfolios, expenses, quick money transfers, upcoming payments, and recent transactions from the main page.
The “My Life” platform, where many services from shopping to car valuation, accessing parking spaces, and calling a home service professional are available, has also been integrated into the new İşCep dashboard. Over 800,000 cars and 125,000 homes have been listed in the “My Life” section on İşCep, visited by more than 5 million users, with predictions for 2024. Commercial customers can now conduct all their transactions seamlessly and with the best experience through the new İşCep. Multi-currency transfers, salary payments, commercial credit cards, invoices, loans, tax and card payments, POS transactions, check-promissory note transactions, and foreign trade transactions can all be completed in one place.
Under Open Banking, SMEs can monitor their account movements from the past 12 months related to accounts in other banks they have granted access to, as well as their current accounts at İş Bankası. They can swiftly receive payments domestically and internationally with Linkle Collections, turning their mobile phones into POS terminals. The bank aims to proactively meet customer needs through collaborations, integrated services, and innovative solutions beyond traditional banking services like Dijikolay.
Ceren Sayar, Digital Banking Director of Türkiye İş Bankası, emphasized that the new İşCep understands its users well, guiding them proactively upon entering the application and ensuring they receive the desired service quickly and smoothly. Sayar stated that their goal is for customers to carry out all their financial transactions and daily activities with the best experience through İşCep, emphasizing that this is not the latest version of İşCep but the “You version”. By keeping customers’ needs and expectations at the forefront, they will continue to enrich İşCep with new value-added services.
