Halkbank’s “Jet Luck” Competition for Entrepreneurs Trusting their Business Ideas

With only a short time left for Halkbank’s “Jet Luck” competition aimed at entrepreneurs trusting their business ideas, applications for those willing to participate continue until April 7th. The competition, which provides the opportunity to present projects to Turkey’s most important business people, offers a significant reward for the winning entrepreneur. Other participants who make it to the final will receive surprise gifts.
JetLuck begins the countdown for an exciting and dynamic elevator speech competition aiming to have entrepreneurs present their projects in the most impressive way in a short time.
Scheduled for May 10th at the Halkbank Towers, the competition tests not only the content of the entrepreneur’s business idea but also their communication skills, ability to make decisions quickly, and persuasive abilities.
Ventured entrepreneurs who pass the pre-evaluation process will have the chance to meet with a jury of prominent business people during an elevator ride to pitch their business ideas and projects.
HOW WILL THE COMPETITION UNFOLD?
Entrepreneurs unaware of which jury member they will encounter will be directed to the elevator one by one on the day of the competition.
As the uninformed jury member descends in the elevator from the 43rd floor, the entrepreneur will be waiting at the bottom floor by the elevator. An unexpected encounter will happen when the door opens.
Throughout the 50-second elevator ride, the entrepreneur will be expected to impress the jury member.
Live cameras and microphones inside the elevator will reflect this moment to the jury room in real-time.
Entrepreneurs who manage to deliver an impressive presentation and persuade the jury member with their project will advance to the next stage.
In this stage, the entrepreneur will deliver a comprehensive five-minute presentation in front of the jury, detailing their project. At the end of the day, the entrepreneur with the highest score from the jury evaluation will win the grand prize. Other participating entrepreneurs will receive surprise gifts as well.
WHO CAN APPLY TO THE COMPETITION? Jet Luck is an open event for entrepreneurs at different levels, ranging from those in the idea stage to those who have completed a feasibility study or developed a prototype (MVP).
