Ethereum faces intense competition from Solana and other blockchains, as well as some challenges within the network itself. Despite the competition, Ethereum’s developer community and strength in the DeFi space continue to make it a preferred blockchain. However, the rapid growth of Solana in recent years and meme coin scandals may create new preferences among investors. Yet, with its strong developer ecosystem, Ethereum maintains a solid position, and institutional investors continue to choose ETH.
