Erzurum ranked 33rd nationwide in February, with 731 housing sales in Turkey.

Housing sales nationwide increased by 20.1 percent in February compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching 112,818. The cities with the highest number of housing sales were Istanbul with 19,347, Ankara with 10,791, and Izmir with 6,899, while the cities with the lowest number of sales were Ardahan with 24, Tunceli with 70, and Bayburt with 73. Erzurum was placed 33rd in the country for housing sales in February. Out of the 731 houses sold in Erzurum during February, 79 were mortgaged and 65 were in the other category. 259 houses were resale, while 472 were newly built. In the same period in 2024, 693 houses were sold in the city.
