Emlak Participation Provides 149 Billion Lira to the Economy

Emlak Participation offered 149 billion lira of financial support to the Turkish economy in 2024. The bank’s net profit rose by 70% to 8.7 billion lira.
Emlak Participation shared its financial results for the year 2024. By the end of 2024, the bank increased its total assets to 228 billion lira, funds collected to 167 billion lira, and funds disbursed to 116 billion lira. Providing 149 billion lira of financial support to the Turkish economy, the bank achieved a net profit of 8.7 billion lira, representing a 70% increase from 2023. The volume of lease certificates (sukuk) issued domestically by Emlak Participation reached 31.4 billion lira, showing a growth of 77% compared to the previous year. The bank reported holding a 33% share in the sector for sukuk issuances it facilitated. Continuing to support its customers in 2024 with new products and financing packages compliant with participation finance principles, Emlak Participation also played a role as a solution partner in the Deposit Management System (DYS) project. In 2024, the bank focused on increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, providing uninterrupted service, and saving time by increasing investments in digital banking.
