Here are the key points about the campaign in 5 questions. In the Profitable Investment Campaign, there are various apartment options from 1+1 to 5+1. Citizens who want to become homeowners can benefit from their preferred option. Three different payment models will be offered for the payment plan. According to the first model, financing up to 120 months will be provided using the leasing method through Emlak Participation Bank. In the second model, the installment payments for 1 year will be covered by Emlak Konut. Starting from the 13th month, your installment payments will begin, or you can purchase a home using Emlak Konut’s borrowing conditions with a term of up to 60 months and an interest rate of 1.29. In the third model, installment sales will be made without any down payment and will decrease over time. In this condition, installment payments will start directly without any down payment, and the installment amounts will decrease each month. In this condition, an interest rate of 0.99 will be applied for up to 60 months of installment. Applications will be made through open sales method. Citizens can visit sales offices to complete the purchase process. Applications can be made until March 23 for the campaign, where approximately 4,500 independent sections will be offered for sale.
