The world’s richest person, Elon Musk, is ready to sign a $400 million contract with the US Department of State to produce armored Teslas. The Department’s 2025 budget reportedly includes the purchase of new armored Tesla vehicles. It was also mentioned that the government plans to make a 5-year deal with Tesla. While no details were provided about the “armored” Tesla model, the brand name “Tesla” was removed from the document on Wednesday.

MOST COSTLY EXPENSE IN THE BUDGET It is noted that Tesla could sell bulletproof Cybertrucks to the government, making this sale the most costly expense in the Department of State’s budget. Musk’s space company, SpaceX, had also signed a $22 billion deal with the administration.
