In Turkey, when calculating gasoline and diesel prices; the Refinery selling price excluding VAT is calculated by adding the SCT (Special Consumption Tax) and EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) shares to the duty-free refinery price. When calculating the Duty-Free Refinery Price, the daily CIF Mediterranean product prices published in the Mediterranean-Italian market and the daily Dollar exchange rate are monitored to obtain a duty-free refinery ceiling sales price in a certain price change difference.
