Details of the new housing campaign targeting middle-income individuals have been revealed. Emlak Konut announced three different payment options within the campaign. Citizens will be able to become homeowners without a down payment through decreasing installments, 1-year payment-free, and a leasing model. Yasir Yılmaz, the General Manager of Emlak Konut GYO, announced that three different payment options will be offered within the new housing campaign. The campaign will include low-interest rates and down payment-free options.
Citizens will be provided with three different payment options for home purchase.
The campaign will be valid for over 25 projects in Istanbul, Ankara, Denizli, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir by Emlak Konut. The first model includes a decreasing installment option without a down payment. In this model, citizens will be able to own a home without a down payment and the installments will decrease each month. A monthly interest rate of 0.99% will be offered with a repayment period of up to 60 months. In the second model, Emlak Konut will cover the installment payments for the first 12 months. Those who want to own a house can go through the first year without making installment payments. This way, buyers will earn a total of 12% gain. Additionally, a monthly interest rate of 1.29% will be provided with a repayment option of up to 60 months. In the third model, Emlak Konut will offer a leasing-supported financing model to those who want to own a house. This model will have a long-term and flexible payment option.
Within this campaign, for a house worth 6 million liras in Istanbul, payments will start at 61,698 liras per month for 60 months. Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced yesterday that two new campaigns will be launched. Kurum stated that a social housing campaign for low-income citizens will begin at the end of the year.
