The operations of the petroleum company BP in Turkey have been transferred to Petrol Ofisi. The brand transformation process of 770 stations will be completed by November 2026.

Following the completion of the liquidation process of BP Petrolleri AŞ (BP), the Petrol Ofisi Group officially became the owner of all rights and obligations. According to a statement from Petrol Ofisi, with a merger registered on February 28 by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office, all rights and obligations of BP Petrolleri AŞ were transferred to Petrol Ofisi. The merger process of BP Petrolleri AŞ under Petrol Ofisi AŞ was officially completed on February 28. TRANSFORMATION TO BE COMPLETED BY 2026 BP’s fuel distributors continue their activities under the Petrol Ofisi distributor license as of March 1. In this context, fuel purchases from stations operating under the BP and Petrol Ofisi brands will continue in the same way. The brand transformation process of retail fuel stations will be completed by November 1, 2026. The name of BP’s 770 stations in Turkey will be changed to Petrol Ofisi.
