The Competition Board has initiated a competition investigation involving certain technology retailers, including Teknosa. The investigation is aimed at determining whether there has been a violation of Article 4 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (preventing, distorting, or restricting competition directly or indirectly in a particular goods or services market). Teknosa, in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), announced that the investigation decision has been conveyed to the company. The statement emphasized that the initiation of an investigation by the Competition Board does not necessarily mean that the companies in question have violated the law or will face punitive sanctions. It was stated that developments regarding the process will be shared with the public in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation. Additionally, yesterday an investigation was launched against retail companies including BIM, Migros, Shock Markets, and CarrefourSA.
