The acquisition of full control over Biesterfeld Plastik Ticaret AŞ by Biesterfeld Plastic GmbH and of Biesterfeld Özel Kimyasallar Ticaret AŞ by Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH has been allowed. An establishment of a new joint venture between Officine Maccaferri S.p.A., indirectly controlled by the fund managed by Ambienta Sgr S.p.A., and Prime Synthetic Solutions Ltd., jointly controlled by Teijin Limited and Miller Prime Ltd., has been found appropriate. The acquisition of all shares of Elmer Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi by Mustafa Kemal Cılız and Graham David Stevinson through Infonet Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret AŞ has been granted permission.
