Chicken head found in sausage, no milk in cheese!

The trend of food fraud continues. A new report has exposed the tricks being played with cheese, olive oil, and lahmacun. Goat and sheep milk were not detected in the old kashar cheese. It was determined that chicken head was found in the sausage, and poultry meat was used in lahmacun. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of foods that are fake or adulterated and could endanger health. Furthermore, a new feature has been added to the list. Under the new regulation, information regarding products that have been confirmed to be fake or adulterated will be published under two headings. Fake or adulterated-1 products will include cases where a substance other than the stated one is used instead, making it seem like the original substance. Examples could include products where different oils are blended and sold as olive oil. Fake or adulterated-2 products will cover cases where the essential elements and nutritional values are entirely or partially used in violation of regulations. Products like butter with a lower fat content than the specified limit will be listed. Additionally, 39 more products have been added to the list. 25 items were added to the fake or adulterated-1 list, 9 to the fake or adulterated-2 list, and 5 to the list of foods that could endanger health. The new lists have revealed the deceptions in cheese, olive oil, and honey. The presence of chicken head in beef sausage, poultry meat in lahmacun, and the use of banned colors in spices has raised concerns.
