The central government budget showed a deficit of 139 billion 259 million lira in January. The Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced the budget implementation results for January. Accordingly, budget revenues in January increased by 48.6 percent compared to the same month last year, reaching 917 billion 83 million lira, while budget expenditures recorded an increase of 37.6 percent to 1 trillion 56 billion 342 million lira. In January, the budget incurred a deficit of 139 billion 259 million lira.
