The Privatization Administration has approved the sale of certain properties in Ankara. The Privatization Administration Presidency (PAP) has given approval for the sale of three properties in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. The notifications regarding the matter from the PAP were published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the property in the Susuz neighborhood of Yenimahalle district in Ankara, registered in the name of the Treasury, and included in the privatization scope and program, was approved for sale to Mehmet Ali Uruç, who offered the highest bid of 24 million lira in the auction. The sale of another property in the same neighborhood, which received the highest bid of 19 million 300 thousand lira from Kayaburun Tourism, Transportation, Shipping, Construction, Cleaning, Food, Real Estate, Automotive, Import, Export, Industry, Trade Ltd. Co., was also approved. Approval was also given for the purchase of another property in the same neighborhood by the company for 10 million 750 thousand lira.
