The application deadline for Emlak Konut’s Profitable Investment Campaign has been extended from March 23 to April 27. The Profitable Investment Campaign, which started on February 19, received great interest. Within a month, more than 2,000 of the 4,500 units in 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir were sold in advance sales. Over 250,000 people filled out forms on the website to get information about the campaign, over 96,000 calls were made to customer service, and the number of visits to sales offices exceeded 22,000. Due to the high demand from citizens, the final application deadline for the campaign, which was previously March 23, has been extended to April 27, 2025.
