Amendment in VAT: increased to 10 thousand lira

The minimum amount applied in VAT refund requests has been increased to 10 thousand lira from 2 thousand lira. The regulation will be implemented starting from April. The Presidential Decree on the matter was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. According to the Decree, the minimum amount for VAT refund requests related to transactions that give rise to refund rights has been increased from 2 thousand lira to 10 thousand lira.
