Following the implementation of President Donald Trump’s decision to impose a 25% customs duty on car imports, concerns about trade wars on the international markets have raised gold prices.

The price of gold per ounce broke an all-time record this morning, rising by 0.7% to over $3,007. Meanwhile, gram gold started the day at 3,731 Turkish lira. Gram gold reached as high as 3,761 lira, hovering around 3,756 lira at 08:30. In Kapalıçarşı, gram gold surpassed 3,809 lira.
