The plentiful catch of turbot in Ordu has brought smiles to both fishermen and consumers. Turbot caught by fishermen heading out to sea in the city has enriched the fish stalls. Sold for 700 to 800 lira per kilogram depending on their size, these fish attracted the attention of the citizens. Tarık Arslantürk, who fishes in the district of Perşembe, stated that the turbot catch has increased in recent days, and due to abundant fishing, the prices are at reasonable levels.
