Projects in some districts of Denizli, Gaziantep, Malatya, Mersin, Sakarya, and Sivas will undergo urgent expropriation works. Presidential decisions regarding urgent expropriation for some projects have been published in the Official Gazette and have come into effect. Accordingly, certain properties will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) within the scope of the Mersin Pamukluk Dam Drinking Water Conveyance Line project. Urgent expropriation of properties and structures on them needed for the completion of road construction works in some places within the scope of the Gaziantep State Road Nurdağı-Musabeyli Interchange Project has been decided by the General Directorate of Highways. Properties needed for the construction of the Sarıca Drinking Water Conveyance Line Project aimed at meeting the drinking and utility water needs of Gürün and Kangal districts of Sivas and Kuluncak district of Malatya will be urgently expropriated by the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate. It has been decided by the Akyazı Municipality to urgently expropriate certain properties and structures in the İnönü District of Akyazı district of Sakarya for the realization of the Akyazı Kızılelma National Garden Project. Within the scope of the “Heritage for the Future Project,” certain properties in the Tripolis Ancient City Reception Center in Buldan district of Denizli and other works will be urgently expropriated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for their completion.
