A new record was set in Turkey on February 7th with a daily consumption of 300 million cubic meters of natural gas. A post from the account of Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAŞ) stated, “Another record from BOTAŞ! On February 7, 2025, Turkey broke the record with a consumption of 300 million cubic meters of natural gas.” The post also mentioned that the previous record was broken on January 19, 2022, with a daily consumption of 288 million cubic meters of natural gas.
