7 out of 10 Investors in Turkey are Leveraging Debt

Interest in cryptocurrency, stock market, and fund investments has been on the rise in Turkey in recent years. However, most investors are choosing to invest by taking on debt. Blue-collar workers are showing a stronger inclination towards cryptocurrency, while white-collar workers tend to prefer staying in individual retirement plans. In recent years, there has been an increase in investor interest in the stock market, cryptocurrency, and funds. A study has revealed a shift in investor behavior. Young people are turning to popular tools like cryptocurrency and stocks. Blue-collar workers are engaging in cryptocurrency purchases, whereas white-collar workers generally prefer staying in individual retirement plans. While cryptocurrency demand tends to be higher among men, women are more inclined to invest in funds. According to the research, one in every four individuals does not feel financially secure. Experienced investors act calmly, while new investors aim for short-term gains. Seventy percent of investors are leveraging debt for their investments. Those in higher income brackets are managing the balance between debt and savings more effectively. As income levels decrease, investors are willing to take on higher risks for investments.
